AVersion	the STOMP protocol version
AFrame	the STOMP frame

Returns

the byte array encoded frame

HeaderEscape()

RawByteString HeaderEscape	(	const RawByteString	S,
		const Boolean	IsCONNECTFrame,
		const TStompProtocolVersion	Version )

Escapes special characters in STOMP header values.

Parameters

S	The raw header value to escape
IsCONNECTFrame	Whether this is for a CONNECT frame
Version	The STOMP protocol version being used
